Our company was founded in 1978 with the brand "Arti e Mestieri" by Ambrogio Pirondini. With the collaboration of his brother Giovanni, who studied architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan, after an initial production of wooden articles (boxes, containers, ect.) For food companies in our region, Arti & Mestieri turned to the national and international market with the "Pirondini Italia" brand, proposing objects and accessories for the home. For the realization of these new products it has availed itself of the collaboration of numerous designers and artists, known in Italy and abroad, among which: Riccardo Dalisi, Emilio Tadini, Andrea Branzi, Luca Scacchetti Emanuele Luzzati, ect. Currently the company is particularly engaged in the production of clocks and wall clocks and cuckoo clocks, recovering the ancient inlay technique. The production of objects is made entirely within its own laboratory with equipment that allows you to perform any type of woodworking, using both traditional tools such as lathes for manual processing, and the most modern equipment such as sophisticated lathes for production in series and numerical control work centers. The guiding concepts of our company are Arte, Mestiere and Continuous Research of Quality for the creation of beautiful and long-lasting objects. For our creations we use wood of national and European origin and many types of fine wood roots.
