Delivery

Whatever product is purchased, we want You to have the best possible service.

The goods can be delivered to any address specifying the complete data at the time of ordering.

Normally forwardings take place when all the goods are ready, but for different needs You can specify Your preferences in the order notes or contact our customer service (by mail or phone), we will do everything to do as You prefer.

Forwarding of articles is free in Europe (except Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Andorra and smaller islands)

Delivery times vary depending on the size of the products purchased, compatibly with the production and availability in stock:

Items are delivered by fast courier (TNT)   

For bulky items, our reference courier is Tramo - DMI specializing in the transport of furniture 

The waiting days indicated in each product are meant as working days and as such they exclude holidays and plus occasional days attached to holidays.

For the products available in stock, it is also possible to ask for pick-up at the headquarters, by booking an appointment with our collaborators.

Deliveries are intended exclusively for street level: no deliveries are made to the floor by the transporters (contact customer service to arrange delivery to the floor) and the collection of used vehicles is not envisaged.

Bartolomeo Italian Design S.R.L does not offer assembly services unless previously agreed in writing.

Most of our products travel pre-assembled: assembly is often quite simple, usually consisting of assembling already defined parts.

It is important to know that:

Upon delivery, the Customer must verify the content, conformity and status of the Product (s). Therefore, upon delivery, Bartolomeo Italian Design S.R.L recommends the Customer to check the status of the Products delivered before signing the acknowledgment of receipt, and in particular:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document attached to the shipment;

- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, and to check the integrity of the contents.

If the Customer finds any anomalies, he must refuse the delivery of the products or put in writing his reservations, detailed and dated. These reservations must be confirmed to the transporter by registered letter with return receipt within 3 (three) working days following the delivery of the Products. A copy will be sent to Bartolomeo Italian Design S.R.L.

If the courier's document is signed without adding any "reserve", the Customer will not be able to make any objection to the external characteristics of what was delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the Products received must be reported within 3 (three) days of delivery.

Bartolomeo Italian Design S.R.L has the right, at its sole discretion, to deliver the Products ordered by a courier chosen by you.

Unless otherwise indicated, all deliveries are made to the street level.

Specific terms and conditions of delivery must be agreed in advance between the Customer and Bartolomeo Italian Design S.R.L and accepted in writing by Bartolomeo Italian Design S.R.L.
